Chocolate liqueur- delight
• 250g dark cooking chocolate
• 4 tbsp rum
• 1 tbsp cocoa powder
• 4tbsp cornflakes
1. melt chocolate in the microware set on high for 1 ½ min
2. once it cools, mix in rum with a spoon and refrigerate for 20 min
3. later, remove from the mix and roll into small balls with your palms
4. roll the ball in cocoa powder/ cornflakes.
Almond drops
• 250g almond
• 500g dark chocolate
1. Roast almond 15 min till dry
2. Melt the chocolate and cool
3. Add almond
4. Remove the almond from the chocolate sauce
5. Refrigerate for 15 min
Oreo chocolate milkshake
• 200ml milk
• 30g dark cooking chocolate
• 5 pieces oreo chocolate biscuit
• 25g whipped cream
• Chocolate flake for garnishing
1. melt chocolate with the microware set on HIGH for 1 ½ min and mix it into lukewarm milk
2. add 3 Oreo chocolate biscuit and blend it all together in a mixer
3. take a tall glass and place 1 crushed biscuit at the bottom and pour in milkshake
4. top it with a swirl of whipped cream , chocolate flake and 1 more cookie
5. serve chilled
